The focus for this semester is on AI and in particular Large Language Models and helping our students understand how to deploy prototypes by working with firms looking to experiment with knowledge solutions using AI. We have two projects this semester .
The first focuses on automating competitor intelligence using LLMs and providing an chat interface for analysts at an insurance company to access this knowledge. The knowledge base will be thousands of articles on the web to start with and it will be updated occasionally.
The second focuses on helping new employees find knowledge hidden in arcane manuals and process documents for the finance function of a food tech firm.
